I am thrilled to hear a REAL person talk about this.And I am choosing to stick with my Atkins. I have many many pounds to lose, and have lost 40 now in 7-1/2 weeks. And after watching this, I know it won’t be “pretty” with the loose skin, but it’s better than carry that skin filled with fat. Thank you again!

Just remember there is a limit on cheese of 3-4 oz per day. I don’t see any vegetables, and you should be getting 2-3 cups of salad veggies per day. If you haven’t lost yet, you might consider restricting the aspartame – check out my daily sweetener per day video for why.

my diet today will consist of chicken and butter for breakfast with grape drink with aspartine in it, lunch steak and butter same drink, dinner steak and butter samme drink. as a snack i plan to have roast beef, with either cheddar, or swiss cheese. today i barely register, after haveing cheddar cheese and pepperoni last night, why and how could this be, its been 10 days since i started, feel free to leave your phone number so we can cumminacate more .

Ketosis is one of those things you are either in or not. If they register medium, you are good to go. Darker colors simply means you are more dehydrated.

The skin is an organ that is more than just fat like muscle, blood vessel etc. However once the cells are created they are permanent. I have dropped down to single digit BF%, and the skin still remains. It’s like a balloon once the skin is damaged at a certain point it won’t repair itself.
That’s not necessarily for someone 50 pounds overweight, but someone 200 pounds it may never snap back.

quick question. I thought the body only consisted of muscle and fat and that skin was simply body fat. So if you keep burning body fat %, won’t the loose skin tighten itself up? the stretch marks are a different issue

All of my life I was severely overweight … I went from like 250kg (Like 450 pounds) to 71kg (actually) in very short time .. like … 1 year and a half .. and I have this lose skin on my belly … I’m very frustrated about it, I look at you and I thought I was the only one, and I see other videos, and mine isn’t that bad (Its toning with crunches) ..
But its better than being 450 pounds …

heya im 15 and recently gained a stone like really fast in like 3 weeks (yes its possible!..), like im not overweight i have a healthy bmi and stuff but i just think Id be happier if i lost 14-20lbs, by healthy eating and exercise. It wouldnt be likely that id get loose skin would it?

very inspirational! im an 18yo female and I currently weigh 190lbs, starting my diet on feb 24th at the starting weight of 240. i dont really have that lose skin problem yet with the exception of a bit when i suck my stomach in obv lmao, but when i leave my stomach out i can tell its still mostly fat. but im still very scared of that loose skin since i do want 2 eventually rock in a bikini… and surgery isnt really an option for me (ugly scars + expensive)
