Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

Dieting should be about moderation. I don’t see how anyone could maintain a healthy weight if they were to suddenly cut out certain foods or drinks for a certain amount of time until they lost the weight & then not expect to gain it back if they felt they could now resume “normal” intake. I would say enjoy your favorite foods (in moderation) & continue to work your ass off, until you develope a new “normal” rountine. Then maybe it won’t seem like you have to always diet, it’s just you partaking in healthier choices :)

yep. you certainly can go out with your friends and have pizza. just don’t over do it. thick pizza, just one slice, can contain alot of calories. thin cheese pizza is better. So be careful and use good judgement. you also could during the day on friday cut way back on your calorie intake so by pizza time you can have that extra slice. its ok to get off track sometimes, as long as it isn’t to often. and if you do, get back on track and make up for by walking that extra mile the following day. so yeah, you can still lose weight with a once a week cheat.
