how can i keep myself motivated on a diet?

im a chocoholic and ate way too much chocolate and crap today for my own good! so i’m going to try and eat better from now on. how can i keep myself motivated on a diet though?

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    All kinds of ways. You could take a picture of someone that you want to look like..You really need to dedicate yourself to eating healthier and staying away from the sweets by how bad you really want to start eating better.

    Well, I try to think of what I would look like in a few years if I kept eating junk. But instead of just totally torturing yourself and not eating any, I think you should just

    a) eat a LITTLE chocolate
    b) excersice, like at least 50 sit-ups everyday
