    well i recommend acai berry. its just a supplement that really helps in speeding up the metabolism and it just does overall wonders to your body. if you really feel strongly about not taking any additives then the best form of exercise i can recommend is martial arts or kickboxing or tae-bo. i worked out with Billy Blanks TAe bo.it makes the difference and he really is amazing. 3 times a week with moderate portions of food kicks the pounds right off.hope that helps

    How to Lose Weight

    You just need to eat healthier and exercise. Find something healthy that tastes good, like grapes, apples, carrots, or what ever fruits and vegetables you like. Start running. Start out slow. First walk a half a mile.Then the next day run a half mile, then jog a mile. Don’t push your self too hard. And when your done, reward yourself with your favorite healthy snack. And remember to drink LOTS of water. Drink as much as you can. Water has to go somewhere, and it does it with putting on weight. Eat right and exercise. NEVER take diet pills. They hurt you more then help you. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it!
