What are ways I can stay motivated to continue my diet?
I just started a new diet today called ‘the fat flush plan’. So far I’ve run a mile and had 34 oz of water which is hopefully going to help ‘flush the fat’. I need ways to help me stay motivated and to keep me from straying and eating those ‘forbidden’ items. Any ideas? thanks!

Don’t make anything “forbidden” or you might obsess over it all too much! Don’t be too hard on yourself if you decide to have a treat – It’s only a treat!! Just don’t treat yourself all day! Stay happy, stay positive even if you slip a little. And think yourself thin!! Keep visualizing yourself in that bikini!!
